Sudden Fainting, A Life-or-Death Moment
On April 16th, 2019, hit by cardiopulmonary failure caused by a cold, Sister Peng suddenly fainted and was sent to the hospital for emergency treatment.
On April 18th, she was transferred to the ICU ward of a Grade-Three-Level-A hospital
Diagnosis by the hospital: pulmonary encephalopathy, cerebral infarction, electrolyte disorder, lung infection, respiratory failure, heart failure, old pulmonary tuberculosis, and moderate protein-energy malnutrition (PEM).
The eldest daughter found the best local hospital and doctors through her connection and sent Peng to the ICU for treatment. But Peng had lost her consciousness due to heart failure, a critical condition.
The doctor in charge said there wouldn’t be any chance to save her if she was sent there half an hour later. And even if her life could be saved, she would most likely turn into a vegetable.
People May Give You Up,But Jesus Will Never Leave You nor Forsake You
Peng’s husband used to be a Doctor. His experiences and knowledge told him that it was impossible to save his wife, so he wanted to give up. He asked their children not to send Peng to the ICU again.
Peng’s two sons started to plan for their mother’s funeral.
Peng’s eldest daughter, however, insisted to rescue her mother at all costs, as long as Peng is still alive. Thus, she sent Peng to the ICU.
Peng’s youngest daughter (Fangfang) had heard many testimonies of miracle healing happened at a Sister’s church before, so she decided to go to the church to seek God’s help, when she had lost hope from the hospital.
Hearing Testimony Ignited Faith
By April 21st, Peng had been in the ICU for three days and remained unconscious. With cardiopulmonary failure, Peng’s weak breathing was maintained only by medical devices. The longer it took, the worse it was for her. Fangfang, sister Peng’s youngest daughter, became increasingly anxious. When she learned about the Easter gathering at the church on April 21st, she hurried to the church, hoping for God's help.
At the Easter gathering, after hearing a brother’s testimony of the healing of cardiopulmonary failure, Fangfang became even more convinced that she should find Pastor Weidong (Wang shengfeng) to pray for her mother’s healing.
Pastor Wang Prayed for Sister Peng Overseas
Fang Fang immediately told a sister at the church that she was eager to contact Pastor Wang Weidong (Wang shengfeng) , who was far away in the United States, to pray for her mother.
On April 22nd, Fangfang received the message from Pastor Wang Weidong (Wang shengfeng) from the United States:“ OK, I pray for Sister Peng. It is by faith that she and her family shall receive God's supernatural healing by anointing.”
Fangfang had been in a depressed and unstable mood since her mom in the ICU ward in dire danger.
After seeing the message from the pastor, she had more faith, and she felt peace and joy in her heart.
Fangfang immediately forwarded the pastor’s message to her brothers and sister, who were taking care of their mother still unconscious in the hospital, asking them to read the message to her.
On April 23rd (one day later), sister Peng awakened from her coma. Her son read Paster Wang's message to her again word by word and she was deeply touched by it. She even couldn’t believe that she had been in the ICU, nor could she believe that her illness was as serious as the doctor said. She had not felt difficult to breath nor unconscious.
Looking at the doctors and nurses wearing masks and busy at work, she was able to accurately tell that two of them were a couple.
The eldest daughter was thrilled because it proved that her mother had not become a vegetable.
On April 24th, ventilator was removed from Sister Peng.
On the 25th, Peng was moved out from ICU to the general ward and was discharged smoothly afterwards.
Experiencing the Almighty Power and Supernatural Healing
From Fangfang:
After hearing the prayer of Pastor Wang , she and her family had the faith that God would not only heal their mother's lung disease but also renew her internal organs.
Changes in diet
In the past, suffering from severe lung disease and severe gastrointestinal diseases, Peng could only eat fruits and vegetables (fruits were juiced) and couldn’t eat meat.
So the doctor’s diagnosis also has: moderate protein-energy malnutrition (PEM).
Yet since her waking up after receiving God’s healing, Peng could even eat eggs and coconut chicken.
Recovered much faster than average
While Peng was in the hospital, the nurse said that there had been an elderly patient younger than Peng. After transferred out from the ICU, it took that person more than a month to regain communicative ability. But for Peng, it was only more than ten days.
The nurse was truly amazed by her quick recovery. She couldn’t help admitting miracles performed by Jesus through his servant and decided to believe in God.
Looks younger
After being healed by God, Sister Peng now has fewer wrinkles with tighter skin. The nurse said she looks like someone in her fifties instead of in her sixties.
Sleep improved
In the past, she could only sleep sitting up for 2-3 hours a day. Now she can almost lay down completely and sleep for 7 to 8 hours a day.
Clearer mind
Peng used to feel confused and unclear in thinking. Now she has a clearer mind, and can think of things that she couldn't remember before. She has recently learned to use WeChat calls.
Husband healed, family relationship improved
His husband, Brother Qiu, had not expected that she could return from the hospital alive. From his decades of medical experience, this was impossible.
He believed that this was the work of God, so he started praying with his wife. Now that God had healed his wife’s cardiopulmonary failure, he hoped that miracle could happen on him as well -- to heal his cerebral infarction.
Suffering from cerebral infarction, Brother Qiu could not speak clearly for years.After he began to pray with Sister Peng, Brother Qiu received God's anointing healing that was originally passed through Pastor Wang to Sister Peng. As a result, Brother Qiu has miraculously recovered from his language disorder and now can speak clearly and say a lot more.
Moreover, his relationship with his wife has also improved tremendously. In the past, he was indifferent to his wife and children, but now he is caring and considerate to them.
After this incident, her younger daughter Fangfang was willing to seek God. Fangfang's daughter (Sister Peng's granddaughter) was also baptized for Christ.
Increased faith and love of the lord
When she was discharged, the doctor suggested that a ventilator be installed at home, and her children planned to buy her a ventilator. Sister Peng refused. She believes that God has already healed her completely. Hallelujah! Thank God!
Since being healed by God, Sister Peng loves the Lord more fiercely and testifies for the Gospel. The eldest daughter wanted to buy an villa in the city and moved her to live there, but she also refused. Because her vision from God is to share the Gospel locally at rural area, she would not leave.
Sister Peng said, thanks to Pastor Wang Weidong (Wang Shengfeng) for the praying and teachings, thanks to the angel sister who brought me here. May God greatly bless Pastor Wang Weidong(Wang Shengfeng) and brothers and sisters of the church! Amen!
Sister Peng said, she lives to preach the gospel, to testify for the Lord, and to witness the power of God's healing. She hopes that through her testimony, more people will see that the children of God who are healed by Him are feeling so good, so relaxed, with greater faith in Him. ONLY God is our help.
